fa آخرین دستاوردهای کنترل گلوکز پلاسمای خون در بیماران دیابتی با استفاده از گوشی‌های هوشمند تخصصي Special علمی- ترویجی Scientific-extension <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;"></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">بیماری دیابت یکی از بیماری‌های شایع در زندگی بشر امروز بوده که فرآیند تشخیص و درمان آن با چالش‌های متعددی روبرو است. هدف از کنترل گلوکز خون در بیماران دیابتی، نگه‌داشتن سطح گلوکز پلاسمای خون در حد طبیعی خود است. لوزالمعده در بدن شخص بیمار دیابتی نوع یک، توانایی تولید انسولین را نداشته از این‌رو بیمار نیازمند تزریق بیرونی انسولین جهت جذب گلوکز توسط سلول‌ها است. انجام این مهم با پیشرفت‌های صورت پذیرفته در مدل‌سازی سیستم برهم‌کنش گلوکز-انسولین و ارایه کنترل‌های مقاوم حلقه بسته در طول چند دهه گذشته منجر به ساخت پمپ تزریق خودکار انسولین یا لوزالمعده مصنوعی شده است. همچنین آخرین دستاوردهای کنترلی در این حوزه بر روی گوشی‌های هوشمند امروزی جهت نمایش و کنترل سطح گلوکز پلاسمای خون و تزریق خودکار انسولین توسط یک پمپ نصب شده بر روی بدن بیمار محقق شده است.</span></span></span> Diabetes is one of the important issues in today&rsquo;s human life in which its diagnostic and treatment process has several challenges. The blood glucose level stabilization to a normal level is the main purpose of the glucose control for diabetic patients. In type one diabetic patient, the ability to produce insulin by the pancreas is destroyed so the diabetic patients need to take externally insulin injection. To this end, some glucose-insulin modelling developments and close-loop robust control algorithms have been proposed over the last decades, lead to manufacturing automatic insulin injection pump or artificial pancreas.
